While I would love to believe that I have many adoring fans who keep coming back each week to see the latest development in a game they are so itching to play, the truth of the matter is that I feel that posting an update each month makes me accountable for making progress and keeps me on-track.  I express my honest thanks to anyone who cares to check up on my progress, whether regularly or not.

June 2014:
Got a lot of stuff finished in time for the Fantasy-Con demo.

May 2014:
Worked ona an ice tileset and code for throwing weapons.

April 2014:
Finished a playable demo level for Fan X.
Also enabled shield to work.

March 2014:
Rebuilt controls to work uniformly, enabled attack code, created character art

February 2014:
Refined player collision and movement, started character art

January 2014:
Began rebuilding game with Unity Engine.
Basic movement working, basic damage and death system working.

October 2012 - December 2013:
Unable to arrange development time.

October 31, 2012:
Rebuilding movement code continues.

September 31, 2012:
Began re-designing artistic style and performed tests to fix a movement issue.

No update for August; was building the website for my new webcomic.

July 31, 2012:
Created basic framework for level transitions.

June 29, 2012:
Added complete sub-weapon system and crafted most sub-weapons. Added complete magic system and crafted a few spells.

May 31, 2012:
Added momentary invincibility, created poison mechanic, enabled underwater behavior, shield reduces damage, shield nullifies deflect-able projectiles, shield aids only in the facing direction, created knock-back system, enabled particle system when poisoned, enable attacking animation, set occlusion mesh which flashes when poisoned, created player death effect, created level reset system.
